On Target Training and Consulting (OTTC) is a business with a vision and mission to provide quality, custom and cost-effective training solutions to public safety radio system owners, users and customers. Our business statement of “Tomorrow’s Solutions Today” is meant to exemplify the creative capabilities our staff provides to meet the expanding needs of our customers, to include mobile and portable radio users, Dispatch staff, system administration, as well as mobile/portable radio programming and management. We have a dedicated team of individuals with decades of experience working in public safety radio communications and operations who embrace the challenges associated with training and educating a diverse customer base.
Our work and courses have focused on the 700/800 MHz P25 Statewide Trunked Radio systems, which have been become the standard for public safety radio communications in recent years. We partner with our client entities to develop and provide in-person, hands-on training services specifically tailored to your system and operational requirements.
